As Creative Partner at Beyond, Joe Bruce has played a central role in transforming the business from four separate companies into one unified creative and media agency with creativity at its heart. This repositioning has redefined Beyond's identity and proposition in the market — moving it away from a fragmented group structure towards a single, cohesive brand built around bold, culturally relevant creative work. Under his creative leadership, Beyond has become an agency with a distinct point of view and an increasingly high-profile body of work.
Beyond his creative work, Joe Bruce is deeply committed to making the advertising and creative industries more accessible. He has dedicated significant time to mentoring young creatives and helping people from all backgrounds and walks of life get into the industry. He ran the Kennedys internship programme at Wieden+Kennedy London — a programme designed to open doors for emerging creative talent who might not otherwise have had access to one of the world's best agencies. The Kennedys became one of the most respected creative development initiatives in UK advertising, giving a new generation of writers, art directors and creative thinkers their start in the industry.
